VERTICAL MODEL		AUTOCLAVE VERTICAL FOR LABORATORY For sterilization of culture media, glassware, utensils instruments etc. in steam under pressure. Steam lined construction. Outer body is made of M.S. Duly powder coated / Stainless steel S.S. 304 . Inner chamber is made of Stainless Steel S.S. 304. Lid is made of mild steel lined with stainless steel / stainless steel & provided with a radial locking systems, worked by a paddle at the bottom. Provided with Silicon Gasket, hydraulically tested up to 40 psi. The chamber is absolutely leak proof & can be operated at any selected point in between 5 to 20 pound per sq. inch. It is provide with safety valve, pressure gauge, pressure release valve, indfoss piezostat for pressure setting, S.S. basket & water level indicator with cord & plug.

HORIZONTAL AUTOCLAVE

		Rectangular Autoclave Inner chamber jacket & boiler is made of stainless steel. Lid is made of mild steel lined with S.S. Duly polished/Fully S.S.304. Outer Body is made of Mild steel / S.S. 304 Sterilization cycle is controlled by three way valve or multi-port valve Fitted with automatic pressure control switch, safety valve, vacuum breaker valve, water level indicator indfoss piezostat with cord and plug. Vacuum breaker to break vacuum in case of formation of vacuum due to steam condensation. Two separate valves are provided with for evacuating steam from inner chamber and jacket as and when desired.
