Light Weight High Temp. Ceramic Fibre Wool Insulation. Outer body Double walled Thick P.C.R.C. Sheet duly powder coated. Heating elements are of Kanthal “A-1” wire Temperature control unit consists of energy regulator with pyrometer, fitted in front of furnaces, two pilot lamps for Mains and Heater ON indication. MAX.TEMP. UPTO 1000ºC AND MAX. CONTINUOUS WORKING TEMP. UPTO 950ºC OR MAX.TEMP. UPTO 1200ºC AND MAX. CONTINUOUS WORKING TEMP. UPTO 1100ºC. The Apparatus is fitted with suitable thermocouple, mains lead with power plug to work on 230 V AC. Sizes:

Heating is done by silicon carbide rods ( Maximum Temperature of Silicon carbide rod is upto 1600⁰C) duly controlled by accurate step down transformer Temperature controlled by Digital Temperature controller Complete with PT/PT/RH thermocouple. Maximum Temperature range up to 1600ºC but maximum continuous working temperature 1450ºC.
